Gary started his livestock career in Taihape with Wrightson NMA. He has since worked in Nelson, Westport, South Westland and Canterbury.

Gary worked for his own company, Ellesmere Livestock Ltd, for 8 seasons as well as working for PWA for 12 seasons before he joined Rural Livestock in 2022.

Gary now lives in Lincoln where he services the Ellesmere and Greater Canterbury area.

Gary has 3 children and 3 grandchildren.
