Matt joined the Canterbury Rural Livestock team at the end of 2020.

Matt was born and bred in rural Kirwee. He attended St Andrews College where he thoroughly enjoyed his rugby union. After leaving school Matt went to the United Kingdom. It was in Ireland where he spent three and a half years working and playing rugby union.

During his time in Wales and Scotland he worked on Sheep and Beef farms where he gained valuable experience in the industry. Since being home Matt has enjoyed working back on the family farm. In his spare time Matt enjoys playing rugby union for his local club, Kirwee, and hunting when the opportunity allows.

Matt is enjoying learning more about the industry while working with a great bunch of people. He is enjoying servicing and expanding his Rural Livestock client base throughout Canterbury.
