Quinten, his wife and their two daughters moved to New Zealand from South Africa in 2019 and started working for Rural Livestock as an agent in South Canterbury.

Prior to that he had been working as a Livestock Agent in South Africa for 10 years servicing farmers and feedlot companies.

"I started out as an independent Livestock Agent buying and selling livestock, where I was later approached by a Livestock company (BKB) to join their workforce, and as they would say, the rest is history!"

Quinten likes the diversity that being an agent gives you working with different people and all the sides of NZ farming. No job is too big or small.

Quinten enjoys spending time with family and friends, hunting, fishing and riding his dirt bike.Best motivation is seeing success and progress, and having a good support network.
